FREE 20 Minute At Home Yoga Class
This class is a blend of yoga and pilates movements that aims to increase flexibility, improve posture and reduce stress. It will focus on areas of the body that are commonly affected by prolonged periods of sitting and working at a desk, such as the neck, shoulders, back and hips.

Kristina Rihanoff
Kristina is originally from Russia and is a world renowned professional ballroom dancer, choreographer and author. She has been a dancer since she was 6 years old, winning competitions from the age of 7 and started tutoring dance at the age of 16.
Kristina starred as a professional dancer and choreographer in the UK’s most viewed BBC1 show “Strictly Come Dancing” from 2008 up until 2016.
Besides her passion for dancing, Kristina has been a yoga devotee for nearly 20 years and credits her regular yoga exercises during her professional and TV dance career which kept her away from injuries and provided mental focus.
In the past few years she has become a certified yoga instructor in Hot Yoga; Hatha; Vinyasa; Pre/Postnatal yoga; Children and Family yoga; Chair yoga for mobility issues; and Meditation. She is highly involved in the creativity and product offering of the Soo Yoga Classes. Kristina is also a passionate vegan and studied nutrition during her yoga teacher training.
